Long panel questions
Preserve the complete prompt when several interviewers add constraints or ask connected follow-ups.
Orecot keeps the interviewer transcript and answer guidance in a dedicated workspace while Teams handles the meeting. It supports browser-based interviews and the native Windows meeting workflow.

Move between role experience, scenario questions, technical discussion, and candidate questions within one session.
Use Stop, Pause, Live, Snip, transcript history, and overlay mode from the native Windows console.
Use the browser assistant for Teams in Chrome or Edge, or the Windows application for the Teams desktop client.
Finish Teams camera and microphone setup first, then start Orecot and verify the transcript source.
Leave related questions in the session so answer guidance can retain the role, system, or scenario being discussed.
Teams setup
Teams interviews can run in a browser or native application, and the Orecot surface should follow that choice.
Launch the Orecot web assistant in a separate picture-in-picture window. Keep Teams responsible for meeting controls and Orecot responsible for transcript and guidance.
Run the native Orecot console beside Teams. Use overlay mode when you need the current answer in a smaller surface while keeping the full console available.
When an interviewer presents a case, architecture diagram, or coding prompt, use an intentional capture of the relevant region before asking Orecot to use visual context.
Panel interviews
Teams is commonly used for panel and cross-functional interviews where speakers build on each other’s prompts.
Let the current speaker finish and watch for another interviewer adding a constraint before treating the prompt as complete.
Use the visible Question labels to distinguish a new competency or scenario from a request to clarify the current answer.
Orecot organizes questions and answers, but you should separately note interviewer names and roles if you need them for later follow-up.
